PROJECT R.E.A.C.H. INC. was founded in 2005 by Richard P. Burton, Sr., and he is the Director. A man with a heart for human and civil rights. Richard served as President of the Allentown Branch NAACP for 15 years, President Pennsylvania State NAACP - (2) years and A former member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People’s (NAACP) National Board of Directors the nation’s premier and oldest civil rights organization for -  (12 Years).

Richard is Pastor at Baptist Bible Church (BBC) Orange Park, Florida,  he also is; Chairman Emeritus, of the board of directors for the ACCORD Civil Rights Museum - of St. Augustine, Florida and now, Public Relations/Fundraiser Officer: Hill Top Heritage Education Center - of Middleburg, Florida Public Relation/Fundraising Officer: Member Clay County Ministerial Alliance

PROJECT R.E.A.C.H. INC., is a grassroots organization to re-enfranchise members of the at-risk community and act as a voice for fair and proportionate sentencing laws.

We shine a light on issues surrounding the prison industrial complex, gangs, violence and the side effects to drugs and poverty. We also work to re-enfranchise families through education, advancement, counseling and housing. 



R.E.A.C.H. INC. is a Non-Profit 501(c)(3)  Re-enfranchisement Organization

We offer event speakers and/or facilitate workshops.
